Bill Gates 

          William Henry “Bill” Gates III is co-founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Microsoft Corporation, the world`s leading provider of software for personal computers. He was born    in October 28,1955 in Seattle, Washington.   His father was a prominent lawyer, and his mother served on the board of directors for first Interstate BancSystem and the United Way. He has one elder sister and one younger sister. Bill Gates would follow in his father`s footsteps. He was a notably gifted student who did well in all subjects but showed a special interest in mathematics. When he was 13 years old, his parents believed that he was not being changed in his public school and enrolled him in the private and highly demanding Lakeside school. The school acquired a computer terminal and young Bill Gates was immediately fascinated. He and a small group of friends, including his future business partner Paul Allen, took every opportunity to explore the possibilities of the new technology, teaching themselves the basic of computer programming.  Bill Gates graduated from Lakeside school in 1973 with high score on the SAT and enrolled at Harvard College in that year autumn. He  did not  have a definite study plan while a student at Harvard and spent a lot of time using the school computers. Gates was keeping touch with Paul Allen, and he joined him at Honeywell during the summer of 1974. The following year saw the release of the MITSS Altair 8800 based on the Intel 8080CPU, then Gates and Allen saw this as the opportunity to start their own computer software company. Gates dropped out of Harvard at this time to start his own company in USA.

      Gates married to Melinda French on January 1,1994, They have three children now, 2 daughters and one son. The couple built a technologically advanced house overlooking Lake Washington. At the height of his success, Gates turned his attention from business to philanthropy. In 2000, he and his wife founded the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and gave over $28 billion to charities focused on scientofic research and International Development.

He is the example and the person who inspires us  to move forward to success in this life. The way to his success started in 1975. Gates contracted Micro Instrumentation and Telemetry Systems (MITS) the creators of the new microcomputer, to inform them that he and others were working on a BASIC interpreter for the platform. Paul Allen was hired into MITS and Gates took a leave of absence from Harvard to work with Allen at MITS. They named their partnership “Micro-Soft” and had their  first office located in Albuquerque. Within a year , the hyphen was dropped, and on November 26,1976 the trade name “Microsoft” was registered with office of the Secretary of the State of New Mexico. Microsoft  launched its first retail version of Microsoft Windows on November 20,1985. Bill Gate`s company Microsoft became famous for their computer operating systems.
